Corporate Overview

Abra is an air transportation group across Latin America designed to integrate leading local on a unified pan-Latin American platform to provide our customers with reliable, accessible and affordable travel across the region and North America, along with premium offerings and international long-haul travel. By consolidating Avianca and Gol under a single holding company and enhancing them with Wamos Air (where we hold 99.0% of the economic rights), we have engineered a large and resilient network to service our high-growth Core Markets with end-to-end product coverage, while preserving each airline’s brand, management team, and customer proposition.

We believe the result is a platform that leverages our structurally superior unit costs, strong and attractive financial profile, proven management team and leading loyalty programs to drive synergies and deliver long-term value creation through disciplined capital allocation and strategic integration of complementary carriers and aviation services across high-growth markets.

Abra serves more than 145 destinations across 28 countries in Latin America, North America, and Europe. As of December 2025, the group generated $9.7 billion in revenue, on a pro forma basis, and operated a fleet of more than 325 aircraft. Through LifeMiles and Smiles, Abra also runs one of the largest airline loyalty ecosystems in the world, with approximately 45.6 million combined members. Additionally, Abra’s cargo platform brings together Avianca Cargo, Colombia’s largest air cargo carrier, and Gol’s GOLLOG, a leading domestic air cargo provider in Brazil.
